Allergy Service
We provide a comprehensive allergy service. This includes skin-prick testing, patch testing and allergy blood tests. Immunotherapy treatments, or sometimes referred to as allergy vaccines, can be used to treat some allergies. Immunotherapy works by slowly desensitising the body to the allergen, resulting in a reduction of symptoms in the majority of cases. The treatment is taken daily for 3 years.
Immunotherapy treatments include grass pollen, tree pollen, cat and dog hair and dust allergens. We can also provide custom mixes to specific allergens you are reacting to so if you were reacting to tree pollen and grass pollen, this can be combined in one mix to treat both allergies.
If you would like to discuss this further and explore your potential options, please email info@sfvaccinations.co.uk or phone 0113 8730242
